This Hub is an independent, nonprofit, public-service digital entity. Its establishment and continued operation are a direct result of the foundational principle of volunteerism.
This Hub is open to collaboration with any party, provided the partnership aligns with its goals and is fully consistent with its core principles, and objectives.
The relationships among all members are governed by three main standards: professional codes of conduct, values of volunteerism, and ethical interpersonal communication.
